I am confused why Luminaire refers to their Interior Architects as Architects. Its misleading and they should know they are not the same thing.

SAD example of a great shop going lame. I have been a (good) customer since 2007 and am still happy they are in Chicago. To be honest last few times i have been there, the place does not feel as good as before. I put it on COVID. but. Went there 8 days ago to check on some USM cabinets for my son's room. I was told i would have some designs and estimates in a few days. I told them i would go back on Saturday with my son. (i have already bought many USM cabinets from them, 7 or 8.
Sure enough as i went there, the champ tells me he was about to message me to say their architect was busy and could not do the estimate. Certainly understandable but why not message me and let me know ahead of my Saturday planned visit. I understand there is another place in Chicago that carries USM.

Seriously overpriced one style items. It seems like museum shop. Staff totally ignores you when you walk in. It seems like you are nuisance when you walk around. Nobody even acknowledges clients. I would probably buy some items if not for obnoxious attitude. "To sell is human" Read the book. Oh, I am sorry you probably have monopoly on clients. Sorry to bother you

This showroom is very beautiful and the sales staff is very knowledgable. I have shopped here for years and always have a good experience, I can even send my clients here by themselves and I know they will be taken care of.

I walked into this store a few weeks ago with a decent budget after having moved into a new condo. The merchandise looked nice. However, legitimately not one associate looked up at me from his/her desks/computers or offered to help. At all. I was given such little acknowledgement or attention that I had to confirm I was actually in a store and not a workspace.
