Report
I placed an order for 2 umbrellas and requested a re-sling for one of my lounge chairs in Feb 2022. As of today, June 3rd 2022, I've heard nothing back from Kristin or anyone from the company. I've called several times each week for the past 2 weeks and not once has someone returned my call or responded to my emails. It's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to do business in this manner. I have been patient with APF and have waited months without bothering them as I understand supply chains and vendor availability has been impacted in the past couple of years. At the very least, I expect communication and a response in a timely manner. I'm extremely disappointed with APF and will not do business again with them.
