Don't go here. 1 week before Christmas won't sell floor model Christmas trees (we were more than willing to pay full price for it), yet are completely out of stock of all trees except one. Horrible customer service, shop elsewhere.

My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub from this location. We looked at many other places including conventions, but Pool City had the best price and best service. Zack is great! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and available. Any questions we had he was happy to answer. He made the process so easy and very stress free. We really appreciate his help!

I love coming into this store at Christmas time and looking at all of the Christmas Decorations! They have so much stuff, it's almost like you're in a Christmas movie! I would recommend coming here and checking it out! You won't be disappointed!

My son's pool was treated for termites and he was in need of a new liner before winter. I called several stores who could not help me because of having none in stock. Not only did Mark Ray from Pool City on McKnight Rd. find me one, he also squeezed me in for someone to install it before winter. He took the time to talk to me for over an hour twice in one week. Awesome salesman!
