I was a little nervous to order furniture through Amazon but I would definitely use Discovery World again. Everything was packed nicely and very securely, instructions were clear, and my child's new bed is beautiful and very sturdy. Outstanding customer service! Troy was absolutely wonderful! I had a last minute schedule change and he got my delivery handled with no stress and excellent communication.

I bought Williamson Twin Over Twin bunk bed about 10 months ago and I have been having issues with it just after 5 months. I have been too busy to call but today I decided to call Wayfair where I purchased the bed from to explain the problem but they instead referred me to the manufacturer directly. The number on the website is a local number and its charging me to call the US. I am wondering if your customers outside the US have an issue with your product, how do they contact you? I wished I had made a local purchase, it would have been easier to reach them. The bed is of a cheap quality and I will have to buy a durable probably.
