Outstanding customer service. Bought and installed a set of 4 slings. Had a problem with 2 of 4 slings. We provided pictures and they sent 4 replacement slings. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant company to deal with. They stand up to their warranty. Kudos.

I tried ordering replacement sling samples using there email as directed. I waited 2 weeks for a reply and received none. I called them and the person I spoke to said to email her directly and she would take care of it. I received a reply that she had received my email and my samples would go out the next day. Well over 3 weeks have gone by and I have not received anything. I contacted a different vendor and received samples within a week. I would NOT recommend this place.

I worked with Jan to get my wife's patio chair cushions replaced. They actually are better than the original cushions that came with the chairs. They are done in sunbrella fabric and probably will outlive us. The craftsmanship was outstanding on the sewing of the cushions. The foam and dacron used is high quality and provide great support while being very comfortable. Jan did a great job and was a great communicator. I highly recommend Patio direct if you need patio chair cushion replacement. It took a few weeks to complete the work but it was well worth the wait.
