Services
Solid Wood Nursery Furniture
Our nursery collection includes non-toxic cribs and changing tables manufactured without MDF, plywood, or particleboard. Every piece is handcrafted from real solid wood and finished with natural oil, ensuring a chemically safe environment for babies. This furniture is designed to be durable, physically safe, and capable of growing with your child through crib conversions.
Solid Wood Bedroom Furniture
We provide a full range of solid wood bedroom furnishings including bed frames, night stands, dressers, and armoires. The collection is built in the USA without veneers or engineered wood, preserving the authentic smell and durability of high-quality timber. These pieces offer a lasting, beautiful aesthetic that stands in stark contrast to standard manufactured wood products.
Organic Mattresses
Our organic mattresses are made in California using all organic materials and are designed to avoid the use of metal springs. The construction emphasizes extra firmness and purity, creating an ideal sleep surface for babies and kids. This product provides families with a complete non-toxic sleep system that pairs perfectly with our solid wood furniture.
Crib Conversions
We offer crib conversion services that allow our solid wood cribs to adapt as your child matures. This extends the life of the furniture, transitioning it from a baby crib to a bed for older children. The process maintains the structural integrity and safety of the original piece, maximizing the value of your investment in solid wood.
Clearance Sale
Our clearance section offers significant discounts of up to 70% off on select solid wood and nursery items. This allows families to access the same high-quality, non-toxic furniture at a more accessible price point. It is an opportunity to bring home the same GREENGUARD Gold Certified craftsmanship with substantial savings.

This place is fantastic! Edward is a very kind and extremely knowledgeable person. He took so much time to explain all the different materials, building processes, and certifications that go into constructing mattresses and furniture as well as the considerations one should make when purchasing these items. I learned so much! He knows his stuff for sure and is very passionate about helping people make their homes as safe and as toxic-free as possible. If you are interested in comfortable and safe mattresses and furniture, check this place out and talk to Edward!

Walk away! The manager or owner of this business (Mr. Edward Olshansky) is dishonest, unethical and untrustworthy. Green Cradle will not honor warranties, such as comfort exchanges. They will say or do anything to justify their dishonesty to maintain their profits. They also will sell you unnecessary "extra services and products" rather than give customers honest information to make choices based on an honest set of facts.
Do not do business with them; you have been warned. I have read that businesses who are favored by Yelp are able to 'scrub' negative reviews. I hope this is not the case. By looking at the reviews posted on Yelp, it seems that this may be true considering our experience.

We shopped around for a while looking for a quality crib, but never found anything that was worth the investment, that was until we came to Green Cradle. The solid wood cribs they have are top notch & American made. Honestly, the organic factor was really just a bonus for us. We wanted a convertible crib that wasn't going to fall apart as the years went on. Edward, the owner was extremely kind, informative and not pushy at all.
It also feels good to support a family business that choses to make their products in the USA. Definitely would recommend coming here if you want excellent service and quality furniture that will last a lifetime.

They have occasional sales, making their prices among the lowest compared to other mattress retailers. I love that they have organic product selections. I ordered a certified organic mattress cover with Edward. He was very helpful and informative. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided.

My husband and I searched high and low for baby furniture (crib, changing table) made from solid wood with no toxins in the mattresses, paint, or finish. It's surprisingly hard to find such products, so we were grateful to stumble on the Green Cradle store by chance. The owner was very knowledgeable and we were impressed with the products. We ordered several pieces, and all arrived in ahead of schedule. We would absolutely recommend this place, especially for parents looking for truly all-natural options for newborns and kids.

We bought a wooden toy train for a birth gift. The owner was kind and helpful. The human friendly wooden train? Priceless! (as was the thank you video with the train in action from the recipient's mom.) Toot Toot!
