I love this store! They have a large selection of baby furniture, accessories and clothing. They do a wonderful job embroidering and personalizing anything in the store. The sales people are very informed and helpful. I highly recommend this store. Everyone I sent gifts to are extremely pleased with the gifts.

If I could put zero I would. The owner is beyond the most disrespectful human I have ever spoken to. The employee Natalie is incompetent to do her simple job. Do not believe anything they say to you because they will wheel you in to spend a lot of money under false pretenses. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE A REGISTRY AT THIS PLACE! I love to support small business but not when they lie and deceive people. I will never recommend this store to anyone!

They lure you to do a registry, offer you a 10% credit based on the purchases from your registry, and then ignore you when you ask for the credit. So much so that the man who owns the store will scream and curse at you accusing you of being in desperate need of money when trying to use the credit they promised you. He seriosly curses at you!

I tried coming to this store twice. The first time it showed the new hours due to covid they close at 3pm. So I decided to come a second time before closing to find that the door was locked and there were people inside. I walked back to my car to call them to unlock the door. To my surprise the lady answered the phone and was extremely short with me. She continued to tell me more than once when I tried asking questions that she had 2 pregnant women in the store and they really should haven't two of them in the store at one time.
And that I really needed to call for an appointment and abruptly hung up on me. I don't have an issue with making an appointment as I am too pregnant but I'd trying to let the lady know so I can just simply wait till they were done as I don't live near this store at all. Nor did she good customer service by offering me any alternative options or even an appointment. she hung up in the middle of trying to speak.
I will be taking my $12,000 nursery budget elsewhere. Also, don't lie to your customers. When I walked up to the door there was clearly way more than 2 pregnant women in the store with a sales person
