Couldn't be happier with our bar stools! Thank you so much to Mr. David and Mr. Phil for making it happen. It took a lot longer than expected but definitely well worth the wait.

I probably will have give such a bad review, however I spoke with Mr. Muniz on several occasions about the glue solvent he was supposed to have sent from three months for the table I purchased from him that broke. Each time I spoke to him he had an excuse. Never received the glue solvent. He made it seem like I broke the table and I didn't, it was poorly glued or not enough glue solvent put on this piece. I would say for other buyers if you have something that came apart and it not your fault do not expect Mr. Muniz to send you any glue solvent even if he tells he will.

I purchased a custom table the 1st week of Jan. They said it would take 8 weeks. They never sent me the receipt for the deposit as requested several times. The beginning of March I reached out to get the status. They said they would ship by Friday. A week later, they never shipped or heard from them. Since then I have tried to reach out to them and they have ghosted me. No update on my custom item. It has now been 3 months. I have been trying to reach someone for the last 2 weeks to get a status and nothing.

We ordered over 100 Acrylic awards and needed each one personalized. The quality and value were great! Everything was delivered on time and as promised. Their communication and customer service is excellent. We will be using them again!

Very unprofessional! No accountability. Order a custom glass coffee table that they said could be done in 4 weeks but it's been over 4 months and counting. Every excuse under the sun, poor communication and an appalling lack of respect. About to file a claim with BBB, maybe they would feel the need to finally talk to the customer that way
