Gotta give credit when it's due: Bought a custom couch at a premium price and it came to us bad, bad, bad (Smith Brothers). Stone Barn made it right, picked it back up and refunded our money. We really liked our salesperson (Dave), the shopping experience and the delivery teams. I'd give it 5-stars if they would have done a quality look before delivery, but they said they'd make it right and did.
