Salesman would not even provide me a price when asked about EP Henry in stock. When I asked him about pricing for a 6' x 12' retaining wall, He told me he could not provide it unless I had an engineering study done, and a certified contractor lined up. When I asked him if he was refusing to give me any more information unless I had certified drawings he said yes. I was simply pricing things out.

I had an issue with hard to get parts for my chaise lounge and Shari Martin was extremely helpful and found the parts I needed thanks for saving my day actually saving my chaise lounge!
