The young man that helped me with my mattress and couch was very nice. Even the men who delivered it to me was really nice. I will be be going back to get the rest of what I need.

It's a Discount Furniture Store and they do it Well. Nice Prices and Super Good guys to work with. Will do business with them again. Thanks Guys. My Father in Law absolutely loves his new Lift Chair and the Price was Right where it should have been. Very Pleased.

R&J is an excellent place to buy furniture. They have a wide selection of well known and also lesser known brands. They can often beat a well known brand's price. Very prompt, no hassling. Walked in today to buy a bed for my son, walked out 15 minutes later having purchased it and it is even being delivered to me.

I bought my headboard and mattress when I moved in too my new apartment in 2018 and they were so helpful and they brought it and set it for me. A few months later I went back and purchased kitchen table and chairs. With someone on a budget like myself the prices here are reasonable and the staff are all so friendly and very helpful. I will be buying more from them in the future.

The store has a good variety, most prices seem reasonable, and staff was helpful and friendly. I bought a bookcase for a gift, while waiting for our larger order to come in, the gift ended up not being what was needed. The store's return policy is either same-day or next-day only. This policy seems a little too restrictive if you're buying something as a gift or present, or at least don't buy until the day of the event.
Being that it was a Christmas gift, I doubt I could have returned it Christmas eve or Christmas day. I cancelled other purchase, did not want to get stuck with furniture that may or may not be needed. If you check all the reviews, you'll see what you're going to be dealing with, if it's one star they'll want to talk about it, it's 4 or above they thank you. 2 and 3, well, thanks but just move along.

We purchased a bedroom set from this store. They were friendly and helpful especially, Hannah. I did not like the hardware that I chose to go with my bedroom set and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Even down to the missing piece that she mailed to my home to complete my set. I appreciate the excellent customer service that they provided and I highly recommend them for your next furniture purchase.
