My experience with this company was not great. Communication was slim to none. Several times told my furniture would be ready and delivered but then nothing happened with no phone call or message. It was impossible trying to get a hold of anyone. Took almost 2 months. They need to work on their customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.

Smart buy furniture is definitely the place to shop at if you want good quality affordable furniture. In my opinion, their customer service is excellent. Nadia in particular is very helpful and dedicated to making sure the clients are happy. She is also very patient. I am super indecisive and she was always available to make my 3 or 4 last minute changes to our furniture choices. Their team is awesome. Definitely 5 stars.
