I have had several pieces of patio and deck furniture restrapped. I have had 2 pieces that I thought beyond repair that really only required a new bolt, nut and washer to fix. It's refreshing that they actually care enough to repair something when possible and not try to push you into a new purchase. I'll definitely keep using them!

Custom Outdoor Furniture is great. The showrooms have an awesome selection and their staff will go out of their way to help however they can. They have worked with many of our clients over the years and each experience has been pleasant. We love the fact that they will, often times, offer to deliver large orders at no additional cost. Will certainly continue doing business with this company!
