I was promised 2 pillows with my purchase which I paid full price for and overheard others negotiate their purchases and Deb didn't offer the pillows when I picked up my purchase. Won't be back

Maybe I'm missing something with all the good reviews but the pricing was ridiculously high. Would be 1 Star but nice lady that tried to help us was very pleasant.

We bought a fireplace insert and we were quite pleased that the original unit was not compatible with our fireplace and Debbie was able to exchange for a unit that would work for us with no questions asked. They also were able to arrange and schedule the installation to our satisfaction.
