We were in need of recovering our patio furniture. I had driven by Teakman store a couple times and saw the the Sunbrella patio furniture sign hanging outside. I decided to stop in one day and glad I did. We were greeted by Bob who was extra friendly and professional in helping us decide on options to replace our patio furniture cushions. We were pleased with the numerous color options and found the perfect one.
We dropped off our old cushions for a template and had our new ones available much faster than expected. We can now enjoy our new cushions ahead of spring. Couldn't be more pleased with the fit, price, service and quality. Highly recommend. Thanks Bob and team

Bob was professional and provided the best price and trust me I shopped the heck out of him lol. Also, in a time when fabric was back ordered he still pulled through on the ETA he promised. I'll be sending friends and family to him and no one else. Thank you Bob and Company!

Bob has provided OUTSTANDING customer service & support. We were looking for a new teak table & chairs set up and weren't finding what we liked at other stores. We had been to the Fountain Valley Teakman location before but it's been several years ago. Searched & found a website for the store. We even found the table & chairs that we wanted. We called the store, spoke with Bob (super friendly & helpful), he texted pictures to give us a better perspective. Made the purchase by phone. Arranged for delivery to San Diego. Super pleased with the entire transaction.

Went in to see if the people here could fix a chair I bought in a set years ago. The fixed it in a few days, called me when it was ready and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Friendly, wearing masks and such a nice experience. Will come here again for any team repairs or purchases.

Stopped by to finally look into some teak patio furniture. Robert, aka Bob, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and didn't pressure you on anything. He educated you on the market and especially his products. I'm hoping to bring the boss (wife) next time to get her perspective. If you are looking for great quality teak, this place is a must!
