Business Details
We have been a family-owned custom cabinetry and furniture manufacturer since 1986, serving Southern California and beyond for over 35 years. Our founder, Franck Valles, established The French Tradition in a Marina Del Rey garage after studying at The School of the Louvre in Paris. His passion for furniture design was cultivated in his youth while restoring and selling antiques alongside his father in France. We uphold an old-fashioned work ethic of precision and quality in every project we undertake. Our expert craftsmen integrate 18th-century handmade quality with modern technology to combine the best of the Old and New Worlds. We believe in using only the finest materials and quality finishes to guarantee a beautiful and lasting outcome.
Our process involves early collaboration in the design phase, helping clients refine their visions and resolve potential issues before construction begins. We maintain the style and elegance of your lifestyle while creating functional interiors tailored to the way you live. Our commitment to craftsmanship eliminates the need for disruptive change orders, ensuring a seamless experience. We are dedicated to transforming everyday spaces into showpieces that bring daily pleasure to our discerning clients. Ultimately, our guiding philosophy is simple: a happy customer is a customer for life.

The French Tradition remodeled my parents kitchen and they couldn't be happier with the result. The cabinets are gorgeous and unique, the installers were nothing but professional, and the staff was always available for questions or issues. Everything went smoothly from day one and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved into our house and it had an old 60's era kitchen that badly needed updating. The French Tradition came in and re did everything top to bottom. We're very pleased with our (now) beautiful kitchen, and they came in on budget and on time!
