I had a great experience with Jawana! She attentively listened to my needs and desires and implemented a design that I was pleased with. She arrived at my home on time and we practiced social distancing. She remained in contact with me to inform me of her progress. She also allowed me to freely discuss my opinions regarding the design she provided for me. I would recommend her and use her services again.

We used these folks years ago to help us with furniture and drapery for our home. At that time they had a designer (Michael Brown) who did an outstanding job. He even had custom bedding done for us. Because of that experience we decided to go back and seek help again for updating our home. What a change!. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. We ended up with some guy who kept talking about his experience as a buyer prior to moving into sales and design.
He is better suited not dealing with the public as in my opinion is a jerk! We told him our desire to replicate the service we had prior with his company. He ended up handing us a bunch of photo copies and said just make a choice and he would get us the best prices. At that point we where not looking for best prices what we where looking for was someone to help us pick what would be best in our home. Needless to say we will not be back as there are too many companies in the Austin area than to deal with this nonsense.
