Award-winning designer Heather Blue Harkovich founded the firm in 2006. Recognized by Austin Monthly and Austin HOME Magazine, she combines a Fine Arts degree from Vanderbilt with an MBA to create functional, luxurious spaces. Her work appears in national publications and HGTV.

Scott Harkovich co-founded the firm with Heather, bringing business expertise from Purdue and Warwick University. His corporate background in retail and customer service shapes the firm's client-focused approach, earning recognition as a Top 50 Retail Star.

Raquel Skrobarczyk leads design as principal, with over a decade of award-winning experience. A nationally recognized designer, she specializes in classic interiors featured in Coastal Living and Southern Living. She oversees projects from concept to completion with meticulous attention to detail.

I worked with the amazing team at Heather Scott Home and Design to help me design our brand new downtown Austin Condo. Since this is a second home for my family I was quite nervous about doing the project from afar. Their team not only got my style immediately they worked their magic within my budget. Design was not the only thing they did well, they were there every step of the way including being on site every day to accept deliveries and set up.
