What an amazing selection of rough lumber slabs, furniture kits, and finished furniture products! The store caught the corner of my eye driving by and I am so glad we swung in. We stopped in on Sunday to purchase some kitchen chairs. We didn't find what we thought we were looking for, but found better. Joe was wonderful to talk to and has made some amazing pieces of furniture. He works with other craftsmen to stock his store. Many unique pieces, and stock pieces as well. Well worth the look.

In the last 3-4 years I have purchased 2 bookcase headboards, coffee table/end table, large dining table, 6 chairs, plus 4 counter stools from Main Street Trader. All of these are beautiful real wood furniture with really nice finishes. They have a nice selection in store of new and old styles and a variety of stain colors and hardwoods. Also, they have catalogs of lots of other furniture they can order for you.
Their service has been exceptional every time I have bought something from them. They are very helpful in store, and communicate well through the whole process. I think their prices are very reasonable for the quality you are getting.

Over the years my wife and I have purchased several stock and custom items from MST. The price is higher than what you may pay and places with lesser quality furniture but we want items that are well built and will stand the test of time. Our purchases include book shelves, dressers, corner display cabinet and lateral file cabinet. We keep going back because we like what we get.

They will guide you to the value and quality you can afford. They custom finish many pieces. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from them and have never been disappointed. They could charge more for their furniture but they don't. I think they just want to make sure the customer receives value, even with sales taxes their furniture is still a great value. We also have many pieces from Ethan Allen and Parker furniture. Main Street Trader's furniture is often as good and better with their higher end lines. Dale Q Rice

I made my first visit hete. It is mostly a furniture store. Its specialty seems to be quality wooden furniture, both finished and unfinished, mostly made in the northwest. The furniture is nice. While there seems to be all kinds, they also can arrange custom work. Besides furniture they also carry a small variety of other things. Like glass marbles and leather coin purses with belt loops. In all.its a fun.store to.check out.

I made my first visit and was met by Jim while looking at the furniture. I am looking for a very specific desk and figured I would have to pay over a grand for it to be custom made. After about an hour with Jim, we came up with a design and a price that more than exceeded my expectations. He is going to build it and I should get it in about 4 weeks. Great store with a caring staff!

This is a shop specializing in gorgeous wood furniture. From the moment you step in, you will be astounded by the sheer amount of furniture they have managed to fit into this store. You can purchase new finished and unfinished wood furniture that is in the store or custom ordered. If you have something special in mind, they can build to order. This definitely the place to go if you have something specific in mind.
Definitely ask for help, because it is easy to get lost in the mass of items. They ALSO carry antiques of all various sorts. They have custom walking sticks that are very beautiful near the front door. Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to help. This is a place to go for quality furniture.

My husband and I shopped for 8 months looking for the perfect bedroom set. We searched TONS of stores all over the region. We walked into Main St. Trader with low expectations, but were completely blown away! They have an amazing selection of new and used furniture. We ended up buying a solid Bamboo bedroom set as we'll as Tv stand. Their price for the quality is unmatched. We have since bought several more pieces from Karen. They are a wonderful locally owned business!

First time visit, the afternoon. Joe met me at the door and spent 15-20 minutes showing me what they had to offer and more. He was very personable, informed, friendly and made certain I left with all the info I needed. No hard sale just a great chat. Karen, at the front till, was just a warm and genuine.
