Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. As for the furniture itself, it is very high quality and I love the not-too-modern-not-too-traditional designs; perfect for my law firm. As some one who is very OCD about his desk, I love how durable the furniture is; no need to worry about accidentally scratching them or staining them or having to use coasters.
I've also seen a lot of offices with their CHIAREZZA collection, so clearly other people feel the same way. Plus, definitely prefer to support a local business that a big-box store.

This company sells online thru Walmart.com. I ordered a Tech Station from them and accepted the shipping time and patiently waited for the product to arrive. When it finally showed up, I could immediately tell that the box had been opened, repacked, and sent out. The original shipping labels were cut off, and there was packing tape, completely around the box.
As I unpacked it every piece was damaged, or missing. There was no hardware, and no assembly instructions. I called their customer service, and spoke with Morgan. You can really tell when someone on the phone, could not care less about the junk they send out and the customer that they screw over. I sent he pictures, of everything, and a detailed list of everything missing, and the response I got back was one line, "I'm worrying on a resolution." Since that email.nothing!
No call, no text, no email, no nothing. My calls to her have gone ignored, and unanswered. Do not buy from this company, or at least have the knowledge that you will be screwed over, and waste your money.

On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, I ordered (online) an office chair (Realspace Modern Comfort Winsley Bonded Leather Mid-Back Manager's Chair, White/Silver) for $126.00. On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, I received an email from Morgan Eilers (owner/manager?) that this chair is no longer available. I was offered a lesser item for the same price. I refused and was given a refund. Two days later, on August 21, 2020, I saw the same item I ordered was for sale on their website for $194.99. What gives? This is extremely poor business practice.

I found this store since it was probably the only place I could find the piece of furniture that I wanted. It was a secretarial cubicle for the entrance of my office. It was perfect and price was reasonable. I also purchased a filing cabinet that fit perfectly on the bottom of it. It was promptly delivered and assembled after purchase. If I need any other office furniture I will definitely be going back to this place.

Drove from broward to get file cabinet after calling on the phone. Was told they had what I needed for $30. Got there and the products they had were horrible. They looked like they fell off a truck and got run over but were priced as if they were new, $90-$115! Some were even more expensive than buying a brand new cabinet from other retailers. I would not shop there.
They are seriously overpriced and ripping people off. Just another example, I purchased a brand new office chair 1 month ago at office depot for $150. They had the same chair here, not brand new, and for over $150. Don't waste your time or money

My law partner and I are so happy with this vendor. We are in the process of moving to new office space and were looking to get new furniture for both of our offices, the reception area and a conference room. We were able to get all of it and at a decent price. We were most impressed with Steven, who could not have been more helpful. He even gave us a creative idea for our conference room, so we would be able to seat more people. Very refreshing experience, especially after visiting a few others, which were anything but good. Buyer beware! This Company told me they were selling me a brand new office desk in the original box. However, when I came to pick up the desk, I requested an inspection at the warehouse and EVERY piece I checked was damaged with chipped off sections, scratches, and dents. They clearly tried giving me a "scratch-and-dent" condition desk while falsely stating that the desk was brand-new.
Be careful and make sure you are receiving what you paid for. This company is clearly unethical and tried to rip me off. Furthermore, I found the EXACT SAME desk on Office Depot's website for $65 less with FREE shipping (this company charges $80 for delivery regardless of distance). I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Purchased office desk, as I opened the box and started assembling I noticed big scratch on the side of desktop piece. I called immediately, i returned immediately, 1. the accused me of having scratch it. 2. they had a "checked" label on the box to certify the contents were checked. I guess they did not check good enough or a gimmick. God Knows. I got very angry with apparently the owner or manager. the solution was to exchange just the top piece, with existing floor sample. BE CAREFUL CHECK everything in a closed box before you take it with you.

This place is a rip off. I ordered a desk online, paid for it in full plus shipping. Today I got a email from Montira Suthasinekul, eCommerce/Online Sales stating that THEY got the shipping charges wrong and wanted to charge me an additional $138.05 for shipping on a desk that I paid $299 for. What a scam! Dear Customer, We are writing to inform you that your online order has incorrect shipping charge.
Our system had an error and generated wrong shipping cost while you processed the order. We contacted the carrier and received the shipping quote to ship the product to your destination in CA at $180.05 If you would like to continue this order, you must pay for additional shipping fee $138.05. The prices were fantastic. We outfitted our entire office for a great price. Angel was extremely helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with hardware or a damaged piece, but they responded and helped us resolve it quickly and professionally. I will be recommending them to any of our clients. The store itself and the office is bare bones, but don't let that dissuade you.
The staff is very professional, friendly, and low-pressure, and it seems they would rather let the service and prices speak for themselves rather than a fancy office or showroom. I can't say enough about the great service, selection and prices.

Beware of ordering over the phone. Called yesterday for a couple tables. They had a great price I must say! They confirmed they had them and sent me a credit card authorization by email. I returned it 42 minutes after receipt. Today I rented a truck to pick up but then called to confirm what time I could pick up only to be told they sold the tables calling it a "perfect storm" of supply and demand.
Why didn't anyone think of calling to mention this? Fact of the matter is the company is lost in a business process of 2005 sending you authorization to sign and then send back. They won't take the credit card by phone or let you pay the invoice online. So because of their bad process I'm out the money I spent on a rental truck plus tables needed to host thanksgiving. Did receive an email canceling my order after they called them which was amusing but also received an apology from the owner. While I appreciate the response it doesn't help. Not saying they are a bad company but they are lacking on basic customer service principles.
