Terrible customer service, today My husband and I went looking for a few things for our new home and the "lady" in charge didn't even acknowledge us, we walked around the store and left and she didn't even lifted her head. Terrible representation.

Visiyed thi store on President Day. Manager offeted discounts. There are lot of modern beds, sofas and shelves, even matrasses. Big open space store. Find accent chairs and bar stools. First time have sees leather reception

I bought 4 chairs and a table from them a year ago. I was having problems with the rubber ends that are supposed to protect the bottom of the legs. Their after sales care is practically nonexistent, they do not care about customer service, did not seem to care. They have a very rude and unstable sales person in their coral gables location. I have no idea how she got the job, the owners don't seem to care. Basically, but at your own risk.

Happy costumer! My furniture needed to be readjusted. The Manager of KMP, Maria reached to me, she was very courteous and professional. She arranged a service visit to my home, and few days after, my furniture was restored and back in the same place. I'm grateful that we have companies like KMP doing business in Miami!
