Debi, * I ordered 2 loungers from you to match the set of 4 that I already ordered from you * I was traveling when your Rep called me to approve the order and she sent me a photograph to approve. It was the same chair I ordered previously and seemed straight forward. * You clearly admitted it was your mistake in an email. * Now you propose the resolution that I pay for the ENTIRE order at your cost to have it done correctly, including shipping, receiving, and delivery. * Attempted several phone calls and you never called back Unfortunately I trusted that you knew your business and I NEVER expected this type of treatment and dishonest business practice from you.

We love the design and durability of our Sommers outdoor furniture. We have had the pieces for over two years and they all look new using only basic maintenance. We also use the covers we purchased from them as added protection during the winter months.

Debbie is nice, but the gal she has working for her is not professional. The outdoor furniture I got was extremely expensive and not great quality. Debbie did reupholstered the lounge chairs which were shredding after 4 years.

We love our furniture that we had custom made by Somers Furniture. We have 2 great outdoor rocking chairs with side table and 4 large swivel oversize outdoor chairs. We love them out by our pond.

I am extremely thrilled with my outdoor sectional and lounge I purchased from Somers Furniture! The quality is outstanding, and I was able consult with both Debbie (business owner) and Jeanne (sales associate) to make the perfect combination of style and fabric I was looking for. This sectional gave my back yard a unique custom look and the wow factor it needed! I am confident that the exceptional quality of this sectional set will last in the Vegas weather for years to come!
I received excellent customer service and personal attention throughout the entire custom making process, in which and I didn't have to wait long. Somers Furniture is top notch and delivered exactly as promised while giving top level service! I am going to add more items to the yard for sure.love it!
