Urban wardrobes

Urban Wardrobes is a bespoke fitted furniture business located in Chiswick, West London. Since 2012, we have been designing and constructing made-to-measure furniture for homes across London. Our practice is centred on delivering individually tailored solutions rather than adapting standardised systems. Each commission is conceived and manufactured from the outset to suit the precise characteristics of the room in question. We do not rely on modular units or pre-made products positioned against walls. Instead, every project is developed with careful attention to architectural detail and client requirements.

Our work spans a wide variety of interiors, including wardrobes for period properties with irregular walls and chimney breasts, dressing rooms within loft conversions featuring sloped ceilings, and media walls in contemporary open-plan living spaces. We also produce Murphy bed installations designed for multifunctional rooms. All items are manufactured using selected materials such as lacquered MDF in bespoke colours, oak veneer, and real wood finishes, with Blum soft-close systems and integrated lighting, ensuring consistency and precision throughout.
