Sleep Essentials helped us correct issues keeping my Mom from getting any sleep at all without being upset during the experience most of the time. The representatives from Sleep Essential were incredibly patient with me, as I had already made a few mistakes when I then, found Sleep Essentials. So, we got the right adjustable bed for my Mom, to include the right height (get the right legs), right mattress, and right type of sheets to keep wrinkles at a minimum. Here is what then happened, we were so impressed, we got another for us, and finally, one for our guest room. Yes, I am sold on Sleep Essentials, the product quality and customer care.

My husband and I are over the road team semi drivers. Sleep is so important, but ours is usually done while the other is driving. America's roads are not helpful in receiving a good night's sleep. UNTIL SLEEP ESSENTIALS! Our experience with the company was awesome. From the first contact to today, very helpful in helping us choose the correct set up and extremely easy to work with to make us a custom unit. We have recommended Sleep Essentials to many other drivers and to non drivers. This is where we plan to purchase any new equipment we need, because this has been the best sleep for us.

Very happy with product and service! After learning all about latex mattresses from Lee Carter's educational and informative videos, I ordered 2 mattresses and bed frames from Sleep Essentials. Kevin was very helpful with my order. The mattresses are very comfortable. When it became necessary to return the bed frames, the company made it easy for me. They then issued a prompt refund. I would not hesitate to deal with them again. I strongly recommend them if you are looking to buy a comfortable and healthy mattress!

I bought Sleep Essentials for 2 reasons: My standard style mattress broke down within 2 years and had a ridiculous dip in the middle. The local furniture store would not honor the warranty because the backside of a manufacture tag left an ink stain on the side of the mattress! They said I could have the mattress cleaned and then they would honor it! Second, I like my mattress being chemical free!

I had continual lower back and neck issues. Once I got my Sleep Essentials mattress those issues went away! Also, waking up with headaches went away! I never realized sleeping on a standard style mattress (even with pillow tops) played such a role in my issues. They were easy to work with and very patient as I asked numerous questions. While it might cost a tad more, it was very well worth the purchase. My brother purchased one for my mother who has complained of back pain all her life. Her back has improved tremendously!

My husband and I made two trips to try out Sleep Essentials mattresses. I had researched latex mattresses and knew that they were the real deal. Kevin was patient, informative. Our order arrived quickly. I immediately slept better than I had in decades due to spine injuries after mva and surgery. After about three weeks I felt the mattress needed a little adjusting. I spoke with Kevin, he asked me questions, made suggestions, and sent out another mattress layer to meet my needs.

No hesitation. It is like sleeping on a cloud. Previously, I had not been able to get to sleep without tossing and turning for hours and would waken after a couple hours and in pain. NOW I am sleep in minutes, sleep for a full 8 hours and am not in pain upon waking. Even my husband is amazed and grateful as am I. Sleep essentials is a godsend. Do not hesitate to buy this sleep system.

Best dam bed I've ever had. The comfort and temperature regulation is perfect. I'm a big guy at 280 pounds, when I get in and out of bed my wife doesn't even know. Sleep Essentials brought my bed in just a couple days of purchase when I wanted it. They set up the bed and were the most professional of any one I have ever had deliver anything to my home.

I haven't been able to sleep well in years. Actually had pain on what might be called pressure points no matter which side I slept on. But.... the first night on my AR-2 mattress was like sleeping on marshmallows!! Now I look forward to sinking in every night! This is how a mattress should be.

My husband and I had been sleeping on a double bed for our entire married life when we finally decided to size up to a queen. (Having a small but spreadable dog in the bed with us was the tipping point). We did a ton of research online before we decided to go with a 100% natural latex rubber mattress. After watching Lee's videos, I went in to the Sleep Essentials store in Raleigh and bought a sweet set-up including the Falcon bed system from Caroline and then scheduled the delivery with Nikki.

They could not have been nicer to work with. The installation crew was also top drawer and very professional. This is the place to go if you are looking for a knowledgeable professional local/ family-owned business to buy quality goods from.

Need a new mattress? We did, and after some research we found Sleep Essentials. We were able to get custom comfort levels in our twin split king mattresses. No toxic chemicals! All natural organic pure latex. Both my wife and I are enjoying longer and deeper sleep. We are both much better rested! Kevin is great to at answering questions and advising. FREE SHIPPING. Fast Service. Watch the online videos. Highly recommend!

I have a saying that I never judge a company on what goes wrong, but by how they handle the issue. I would have to say that in this regard Sleep Essentials is top notch. Nikki went above and beyond to make us happy customers. We drove 6 hours round trip to buy our bed and mattress's at Sleep Essentials and we are glad we did. If you haven't watched the owner Lee Carter's educational videos I recommend doing so before buying any bed.

Their customer service is top notch. I only have 2 small critiques. I wish they answered the phone more as it is hard to reach them. Additionally their delivery staff is very nice but they should be able to help set up the phone application as some folks may not be tech savvy. The product they sell are top notch. Another really nice thing is you can customize your mattress level of firmness and change it later (at a small cost). We were a bit apprehensive about buying a new bed and we are really happy with our choice. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Sleep Essentials mattress and it's worth every dollar! I've never slept so good on a mattress like the Sleep Essential! Lee is Great I worked with him for about a month and chose number 2 mattress. It takes about a month for your body to adjust to the mattress, especially if your previous mattress was bad like mine. The best mattress I've ever purchased

Before anyone buys a mattress, please educate yourself on the toxic chemicals in the Big Named companies. Also, be sure to check out Lee's YouTube videos of the different mattresses and why they fail. Look at his genuine Latex (Nonallergenic) mattresses. A mattress that can last 30+ years is more than worth the reasonable price he asks.

Received my mattress Saturday, what a difference!!! I wish I knew about you years ago!!! I am telling everyone at work to buy one from you.

We are very pleased with Sleep Essentials and their wonderful customer service. The first night with our bed we realized it was too hard for us, we called the next day and that day they were here with a softer one. Thank you so much Kevin and Lee! Delivery guys were great as well! You do not see service like this these days. We look forward to many years of sleeping on this mattress.

My wife and I have been looking for a mattress for the past year. Our current mattress (one sided) had not held up very well. We went to every mattress store in the Roanoke Valley looking for a mattress that you could flip. Very few stores carried this type and we were not satisfied about the way they felt. We found Lee at Sleep Essentials who had a broad knowledge about the mattress industry. Lee carried a mattress that was not only one that you could flip, but was chemical free, and honestly who wants to sleep with chemicals.

The personal service that we received from a small business was great., and we feel that Lee went over and beyond helping us get the mattress set up as we had and older bed. We would recommend Sleep Essentials not only to our friends, but anyone who is in the market for a new mattress. Chris & Nancy Miller

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress for our bed. The old one had depressions in it from years of use. Also, my wife was waking up almost every morning with a head ache. We visited a mattress specialty shop, tested their product in the store and got a quote from them for what we liked. We also visited a local furniture store and tested several major brands in the store getting a quote for what we liked.

We then went to Sleep Essntials and checked what was available there. Lee Carter, the owner, explained his product to us, allowed us to test it in the shop and explained that his product did not have the chemicals present in other matresses. He quoted us a price for mattress and motorized bed for up/down changes in the mattress head and foot elevation. We thought it over and choose Lee's product over the other brands we had looked at and are extremely satisfied thus far. Additionally, my wife no longer wakes up with head aches in the morning, possibly because there are no chemicals outgassing from the mattress. If you are shopping for a new mattress do not buy until you have talked with Lee and tried his product. You will not be disappointed. We weren't!
