I used to go to Crest Office Furniture when Taylor Hurst with Taylor Hurst as my salesperson - and he was great at helping me set up my office furniture. He left late this summer, so another salesman stepped in for my next project. Talk about a disaster: no follow-through, inaccurate information, upping an existing quote when none of the specs changed, long delays not only in performing but just in getting information and returning calls; reliance on email and never getting it "right" withoutt even thinking to call; and to top it all off, an owner who upon hearing what was going wrong just blew off the feedback entirely.
