We ordered 22 cubes from Furniture Wholesale Group back in the summer of 2014. They were installed in August. We paid for glass upgrades in our cubes and some shelves. Also some of the cube panels had graphite smudges on them. Unfortunately Open Plan shipped 24 shelves which will only hang over the glass upgrades. Nita said we would get the right shelves, clean up or replace the cube walls, and she would fix our punch list items.
That was back in August 2014. We still haven't received all our punch list items or our shelves. She said Open Plan wouldn't pay the refund for the smudges because Furniture Wholesale Group didn't clean them right. Nita said she would have to pay the refund. Since that email Nita has stopped responding to my calls and emails. She will not call me back. I have opened a case with Open Plan. I would be very careful doing business with Furniture Wholesale Group.
