I ordered a custom made sectional. I loved a certain style and ordered different fabric for it. Yes it took a long while to get it BUT THATS COVID FOR YA. It is beautiful and well made. The delivery men were prompt, courteous and all around pleasant to deal with. They delivered at the time they said they would. They set it up including every last pillow. They asked me to look it over before excepting and signing for it.

It is my second living room set from C&O furniture. My daughter has the 1st one. It's still in great shape! I just bought a new house and wanted a different style. Ill definitely be back for the quality, selection and customer service!

Great customer service. recently bought an adjustable bed and mattress, I'm 100% satisfied. Also, purchased an electronic reclining sofa, I love love love it. thanks Andy! Over a year later, I Ordered a mattress and frame on a Monday, it was delivered today! Definitely the best customer service in the area! I'm so happy I shop locally! Plus, the price was so much more reasonable (and cheaper), than items I saw on line! Honestly, I would never buy furniture anywhere else!

Purchased a warranty for a couch that would cover the problem I had with the it. I have a receipt that states I paid for the warranty. However the warranty company.montage furniture said that c o furniture never gave them the information they were supposed to. I talked to the owner and he basically blew me off Poor customer service
