I purchased an oversized recliner about 10 years ago from Terry's in North Lima, Ohio. I found a broken spring on the foot rest mechanism. I called Ort, left a message since it was after hours. Their customer representative returned my call on a Friday, at 2:35 pm. By noon on Saturday, next day, my set of springs were delivered via USPS. I quickly installed the springs and was back in business by 2 pm. What outstanding service! I love my recliner and highly recommend if you're looking for a quality piece of furniture, you can't go wrong.

The company is not honest. Our claims amish built, only the seat frame is amish built. They do not back up their warranty. I've been trying over a month to get my chair repaired because it wasn't made right to start with. I would not recommend the Manufacturer make toothpicks for me. Nicholls furniture in Marion Ohio done good for themselves by so carrying their product.

You won't find a better quality couch or recliner, you just won't. and it's made in Ohio! You can't ask for much more than that. If you want high quality furniture but don't want to pay Norwalk prices, this is the manufacturer to look out for. Johnny's Mattress and Furniture carries them in Mansfield Ohio!
