We are so lucky we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place! The entire experience was incredible. When we walked in, the staff showed us around but then gave us space on our own to browse and discuss. Then they answered all of our questions and then some. A few minutes later they had print outs of the perfect items for us! We ended up buying something they had right on the floor but are coming back for those other items. The experience was amazing, delivery. fantastic! The prices are so affordable - the quality is outstanding! So lucky the Fox Valley has a place with these options. We will be back Thank you!

The BEST selection of quality furniture in the state with the added bonus of great service and outstanding designers! We've purchased many pieces from Knox and we've been very happy with their service.

Beautiful furniture, exceptional service, by far the best furniture store in the valley. Pete and Wendy have always taken care of us.

We have recently purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Knox. The sales staff that we worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The furniture that we received was of high quality and looks good in our home. Finally, their delivery service did a great job. Each time, they arrived within five minutes of the scheduled time (in fact, they were a few minutes early) and were careful and courteous. Great transactions all the way around!

As an interior designer employed here, this is the best place to work, help the people at the highest level with the best quality furniture brands and have owners that make it a joy to do business! The best gig in town as a designer!

My Experience I have with Knox Furniture is unbelievable to most individuals. I have been grateful for being able to work for Bob and Pete (greatest brother duo combo) and with all of their big hearted, intelligent, sophisticated designers for almost 5 years now as there employee/friend/delivery driver. I consider the WHOLE Knox Furniture and Gallery team of Professionals my family. The gratitude, hospitality, respect, honesty and enjoyment that is shown on a day to day basis in the business is 1 great reason why they have been in the Fox Cities for over 30 YEARS and counting.

The understanding of customer service means so much to Knox Furniture and myself, that it doesn't only make your circumstances easier, but believably stress lifting and comfortably taken care of quickly, fast and professionally. It is a total different environment to work in or for, that it feels like home every time you walk in the door. I hope you have an opportunity to experience the Knox Furniture way of being taken care of correctly and efficiently with great success. George Voight
