Don't let the 4 stars fool you. It had some unique pieces, all hand made. Just didn't have as many pieces of log furniture as I had hoped. Guy that greeted us was very happy to answer questions and take us on a tour of their shop.

Does anyone read the emails? I sent one requesting a cancellation and haven't heard back. They say you have 24 hours to cancel so it would be nice to know in that time frame that the email was received and item is canceled. I'm beginning to think this place isn't legit but according to the reviews it is and has good customer service? I'm skeptical.

We ordered the Intercon Taos bedroom set from Lodgecraft.com The furniture was for a home in a remote area of Wisconsin and some e-tailers wouldn't even deliver here. We ordered the furniture during the COVID supply chain crunch so it took us many months to get the furniture. Mitchell was outstanding. He was helpful every step of the way, even before we placed the order. He kept us appraised of the status of the order, and coordinated delivery since this is a seasonal home.
We received our furniture yesterday. The driver was helpful and courteous, the furniture was well packaged and arrived in great shape. What's more, it is beautiful! Just what we wanted. Thank you so much, Mitchell for all your help. We will not hesitate to order from you again.

This is the kind of business I want to do business with! From the first time I spoke with Adam I was impressed with everything about Lodgecraft. He kept me informed the entire time from the initial inquiry to ordering, shipping and delivery and when a problem developed (not on his end) he took the lead and got it solved. This company has integrity. I am so happy with my purchase from beginning to end.
