A truly family owned and operated business. And it shows. Too bad we've lost this in the retail world. What a difference it makes dealing with people who GENUINELY appreciate your business. I could write a 5000 word essay on why you should shop here. Instead, if you're in the market for casual/Florida style/patio furniture and you're paying a lot of money for quality AND service, just make the trip and go see them.

At the end of August, we made a purchase of approximately $18000 with two separate shopping purchases. They told us that some of the throw pillows and furniture were on the ship and that they would deliver within 3 weeks, and they took all the payment from our credit card. As of March 3, the goods I paid for are still not delivered, and they are not returning my money. This is not a behavior that complies with the ethics of the tradesmen and the law!
It is against human values to seize the money of retired people like this. They don't even bother to send false letters to the bank to the dispute center. The goods they delivered are obvious. They force retired people to go to court to seek their rights. I recommend that you do not shop at the company of such unscrupulous behaviour, shameless attitude re-writing facts re what transpired and liying without any shame.

After shopping at several patio stores, this was our final stop for the day. I found the warehouse busy and difficult to navigate. The prices were nearly double on most sets we looked at. The fella who we spoke to did not seem interested in discussing price despite claiming lowest prices and price match on the signs all over the warehouse. When asked if they had a 2nd chair in stock to match a chair and sofa we liked on display.his response "it might be over there somewhere " pointing to unopened boxes in a corner. Overall, messy, unorganized, overpriced and poor customer service.
