Very professional. Excellent service. I needed my office chair repaired (Herman Miller) and I was so surprised that this company could do it. He fixed my chair on the spot. Now I don't have to get another chair! Highly recommend.

I contacted Mayer on Monday morning and they responded quickly about my office chair repair. A request was made for photos of the chair, and in the early afternoon I had a quote. I accepted the quote and an appointment was set for Late Wednesday morning. After arrival, the repair took about 20 minutes. I was provided with warranty info. The repair person was very pleasant. I would recommend them and would use them again if needed.

An office chair had broken that would have been expensive to replace. We found Stephen through Google. He was able to fix the chair in just a few days, saving us a lot of money. Stephen did great work and we would highly recommend him. The chair is better than new!
