Recently purchased an adjustable base bed as a gift for our parents. The headboard set up in their home is a little difficult. Getting the height just right for my dad is tricky. Mark and Mike were amazingly helpful and patient with our family during the many visits to the store. I live out of state and Mark helped me over the phone and did an excellent job with communication and follow up on the purchase.
The family taking care of delivery were also amazing and flexible. Willing to help out with whatever we needed. Thank you to the entire Fred's beds team for making this happen! We will definitely be back! Great deals and even better service

Absolutely loved our experience today at Fred's! Mark and Mike were so helpful and really know their products. I'm picky about my purchases, especially an investment of some serious money like a mattress. I want to go to a place where they are professional, and still take care of you like family and at Fred's they do! We saw the store in a release of cabin fever drive up GA 400. Pulled up the website and it was clean, clear and gave us good info. Called for an appointment and were blown away by the customer service! Excellent!
Mark took time to explain and gave us just the right blend of assistance and time to try out the products and think about our purchase. During this pandemic they are only available by appointment, but super easy to set one up! Give them a call today! Easy to find, good size parking lot!

Just purchased a new bed from here. Mark was incredible and had excellent customer service. He gave us the run down but let us shop in peace, alone. The rest of the staff who loaded our mattress and box springs were also great. They were quick and gentle. They had a great selection and the floor models were clean. Can't recommend enough.
