I haven't used this company's rental services, but did have an unfortunate encounter with one of their delivery trucks on a narrow but busy residential street. The company was enormously helpful and responsive in resolving my issue. The best customer service I've experienced in years that helped restore my faith in humanity. If the company is run like their customer service department, your in good hands here.

The dock area could be cleared a little better to make it easier for truck drivers with 53 foot trailers coming to deliver. The guys unloading were very nice and fast to unload

Ran across this delivery driver today on the highway on 285 in Atlanta as he threw a bottle out of his vehicle at me call the GSP made a police report wonderful drivers you hire, and by the way this is on my dash cam!

Their employees were threatening and made numerous profane remarks after asking them to move their truck from blocking my neighbor and I furthermore when I called the company they were zero help and showed very little interest in resolving this issue.
