Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness We were totally ignored while in the store when we wanted to purchase something. The lady could not be bothered with us. Even when we had something in hand she was abrupt and non courteous. How do you run a business like this?

Great stuff, super quality handmade items. Prices are high, but I guess in today's world you get what you pay for.
