Dixie Rents is amazing to work with! I rented a recliner for my husband who had shoulder surgery and Jamie was so professional and courteous, she took care of everything, even sending me pictures to choose from. To add to the exceptional customer service, Jerry, delivered it that same day and set it up perfectly.

Working with Jamie was a pleasure. I had a last minute request, and without breaking a sweat and with charm and professionalism, Jamie delivered an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end. Without a doubt, any future furnishing needs I have, I'm calling Jamie.

What a rink-a-dink business! Their hours are already horrible; M-F 9-5. The same hours most people are at work. So, because I need a new sofa, I left work early today to arrive on time and search for new furniture. I arrived at 4:11 PM and they were closed! I guess making money really doesn't matter to this place at all. I saw another review about them not adhering to their posted business hours as well.

There was a sign on the door that said "Call this number to have the door opened". I thought, sketchy, but what the hell. I drove all this way. I'll call! Only to be greeted with "we are unable to come to the phone right now". *Sigh*. I guess I'll just order a sofa from Wayfair. This is why brick-and-mortar stores are failing now.

If you are deciding to rent furniture then Dixie Rents Furniture is the place that you should rent from. The staff especially Jamie are awesome to work with. The prices and quality of furniture are not only competitive but exceed what I have found from other rental companies. Great local business.

The so called "manager" Jamie is never anywhere to be found. On several occasions I've called and asked to speak to Jamie, was told that she's gone for the day. How are you "gone for the day" when the store opens at 9, and your gone by 11. And sometimes she isn't even there. I guess because the owner of the store isn't around, she can come, and go as she pleases, and make her own hours. Great manager you have there

Had the pleasure of renting from Dixie Rents for 9 months. JAMIE is awesome! Never once had an issue with billing, they were straight forward and easy to deal with. They delivered and set up the furniture when they said they would, and pick up was just as easy. The furniture was clean on arrival and was super nice. Will definitely use them again if I am ever back in Litte Rock again.

I had a great experience renting with Dixie. They were very helpful with me even throughout some turmoil that was completely not their fault, they are timely, and they go out of their way to help. In addition to that, the furniture is extremely comfortable at a very reasonable price!

Had a great experience with Dixie Rents. From talking to Jamie and the delivery pick up and drop off, everything was fast, easy, and smooth. The delivery men were kind and professional. The furniture we received was new and perfect for our needs. I will use Dixie rents again if I am in the area.

Without a doubt this was THE most awful experience I have ever encountered in all of Little Rock. The price to quality is absolutely absurd. The management is down right RUDE and incompetent. I don't mean to sound harsh or bash anyone one, BUT this company down right deserves it. After delivering the wrong furniture and denting and banging up my apartment they had the audacity to yell at me for wanting a refund.

After my request was denied I was forced to pay an obscene amount of money for furniture that sat in my apartment for all of two hours. If you must rent try Furniture Optix or just get a blow up bed. Because these people will have you pulling out your hair. PS the actual movers were really sweet thou.
