I googled used furniture and this kept coming up. I tried to call them and they didn't answer. So I drove all the way there from Sanford to downtown Orlando to find out that you have to sign in a bunch of information on an iPad as the receptionist does not exist and it is not a normal store. It also didn't look like there was anything used. Everything was new and very expensive from what I could see around the corner. No one checked on me and it was obviously not as advertised. What is this place that you have to have an appointment to shop and they make it so difficult?

Website advertised a good deal on a specific chair. When I arrived at the store they did not have the chair. The employee told me the website is never accurate. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Show room was dimly lit and full of filthy chairs. Employee tried to sell me a used chair that looked like you could catch a disease from it. Thoroughly disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

This place met all my expectation! I was looking for an home office desk on Google and Office Furniture Outlet popped up, so I decided to give it a try. Salesperson William Pellecer took care of us and I have zero complains. He's both fluent in English and Spanish. He offered us infinite options, treated us with respect. They have an amazing showroom and great deals.
The delivery was also on time. The only thing that bothered me was that the desk didn't bring a manual on how to built it. However, I immediately called William and he sent everything via email in a matter of minutes. I'm so in love with my new desk. I highly recommend them and will return without a doubt.

Excellent service, selection, and pricing. William P. responded to our online query for a new home office chair. When we arrived at the store he took us straight to their extensive collection all within our requested price range. We were so impressed we ended up buying two chairs. He was friendly, professional, and quite helpful. Would definitely recommend searching here for any and all of your office furniture needs.

Went in and spoke with a salesperson (Will Pellecer) who was a great help. I went in looking at Herman Miller Aerons ($799) but ended up buying a much cheaper used chair that was more comfortable for me with the help of Will. Very happy with the experience. Pros: Good sales person (not pushy, showed me stuff and let me do my own thing) Good prices (you can bargain a little) Pretty good furniture Cons: Not the greatest selection when I went there I was expecting better prices on the refurbished furniture.

Recently moved to Orlando. Have been in search for a desk and chair for a few months now. I decided to search Google maps for office furniture near me and Office Furniture Outlet popped up so I decided to take a ride there. It was the best choice that I could have made. I found everything that I wanted for a wonderful price and best of all the customer service by Deitrich and staff was awesome. I had a great experience buying a task chair. Will Pellecer greeted me and was very knowledgeable. I was on a budget so he directed me to a used chair and picked out the best one in very favorable condition. He loaded it in my car and I was in and out in 15 minutes. A very good experience and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for office or home office furniture.

First and foremost, you basically have to have an appointment here to see anything. They will not let you browse around alone. They have great deals, nice office furniture and offer delivery and set up. However, it took about a week to get the desks we ordered. I dealt with Willie and he was nice and informative. I will be shopping here again whenever I need more office furniture.

I've been doing business with this company since 1998, I've furnished 7 different businesses from 20 to 350 employees. I've never been disappointed and never returned an item, good pricing on brand new stuff, some ridiculous pricing on great quality pre-owned pieces. Mitch and his Staff can have their crew deliver in 48-72 hours, if not faster. Honest and fair on every level, no pressure to buy when you visit their location, probably why I've referred numerous business associates there over the years.
