Leasing Guidelines

Read and understand these leasing guidelines prior to filling out a personal rental application. Pet Agreement: If lessee has a pet, lessee agress to pay a $20 monthly pet fee for their pet(s). Damage Waiver: Lessee agrees to pay a damage waiver fee equal to seven percent (7%) of the monthly rent that is stated on page one (1) of the lease.
