We bought furniture from Furnitureland South during the Pandemic (in 2020). As an out-of-state buyer, we received excellent customer service from everyone we interacted with (from our sales representatives over the phone and through email, to the men who delivered the furniture to our home). The men who delivered our furniture (who came all the way from NC to deliver it, and work directly for Furnitureland South) took the plastic shrinkwrapping off our our new furniture outside before bringing it into our home (to try and minimize the time spent in our home, which is very courteous of them), and when they entered our home, they were wearing masks, and made sure we were happy with the furniture, which of course, we were.

I hope to visit the actual Furnitureland South store if my travels ever take me to the area, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Furnitureland South in the future, as they treat us better than our local furniture stores. Great Southern Hospitality!

Before I ever arrived at furniture land, I had a good idea of what to expect. Rose was very responsive. Upon arrival, I met with her and Courtney. We spent about eight hours combing the store for the perfect pieces for my home. I gave them the added challenge of finding in stock items so my house could be furnished right away. They did not disappoint!

Rose is very lighthearted, approachable, professional and made the day very fun and stress-free! Although I do not move into my house for a month, I have no doubt that when I do, it will look stunning. I feel like I went into Furnitureland as a complete stranger but left 8 hours later as a friend.

We absolutely love Furnitureland South-everything from the beautiful dresser store front, to the vast variety of merchandise, to the courteous friendly staff. Caroline & Grace were so helpful & delightful to work with. This was our second trip from Wisconsin to work them. We also loved the Starbucks in the lobby. It was a great relaxing spot to discuss what we had seen & then go back for a second look. I would highly recommend this MEGA shopping experience to anyone looking for great quality furniture at a great price.

We had a great experience with our design experts at Furnitureland South. We are making a long distance move and our closing date is not in stone due to new construction supply chain delays. Cassandra and Sarah were experienced and handled our needs like the professionals they are. We explained our budget needs, furniture needs, and delivery needs.

They directed us to the pieces that best met our description. We literally spent two and one half days walking, looking, and choosing. We are confident we made the right choices. We haven't had delivery yet, but feel very good about its impending arrival in August. Cassandra and Sarah were top notch! They were fun to work with, had a great eye for color and placement, and knew the stock they had at their disposal. Highly recommend asking for them by name!

What a wonderful experience! Had to furnish a whole home which is very overwhelming. Worked with Karen Beverage and and Carolyn Williams who are amazing! Great taste and style. True professionals. They made the process enjoyable and stress free. They helped us every step of the way, room by room so it all flowed. Such a delightful team to work with and we love everything we got. Great experience. Very clean and tons of options. We spent a day looking around and then made an appointment a month later to meet with a sales rep to make our purchase. Gary Walker was great. Easy going, not pushy at all, very personable and friendly. He was patient with us as we worked through different furniture configurations for our space and ended up picking a different set than we originally came to get.

The whole time Gary was very patient, didn't interfere with my husband and I as we talked through options. Once we decided on what we wanted he also helped us get a good deal on our purchase. We bought furniture for our living room and theater room. Really great experience. We were very impressed.

There is always something to fill your needs at Furnitureland South. Huge selection of every style imaginable. and some that pleasantly surprise you. I've purchased many items over the years and they are all spectacular keepsakes that we treasure. Our design consultant Jasmine is the best at understanding our needs and helping us find the perfect pieces to fit our decor. Will keep coming back.

I planned a trip and looked forward to my visit but what I found was a store (including the outlet) grossly overpriced. I started in the outlet because the supply chain situation is terrible and I needed something quick. I found outlet coffee tables costing over 2k with dents & scratches plus an entire (outlet) showroom with much of the same. I didn't find any comforter sets under 2k either.

End tables 1700+ each, dining room tables 7k+ and all with lots of damage. This place is for people seeking to fix damaged expensive furniture just to have a designer's name attached. I did make it over to the main store and then that's when you see the prices go double with long wait times to receive the goods. It was very disappointing to experience since the Highpoint area is often spoken about as a great place to find deals.

Just know what you are walking into when you drive there. No wonder the prices are not posted on the website. You will see beautiful pieces mixed in but be prepared to pay the price of a car for dining tables and sofas. My teenage daughter's MINI Cooper was half the price of the dining table that I wanted---YIKES!

Largest furniture store you'll ever find! We had a very nice tour with Cindy. There's lots of options but not enough modern designs for our style.
