I don't think I have ever had a project manager work on a job with as much patience and professionalism. I was not there for the beginning and my partner was quite unhappy (emailed and called me 5 times) with various issues. The BFG team managed both my partner and the installation guys so well that what could have been a disaster ended up being a big success. Jeff
