Sonny greeted me at the door with enthusiasm and a smile. He was attentive to my needs without being overbearing. He took the time to explain details to me, and was patient while I asked questions. Eddie was fantastic, too! While Sonny was busy crunching numbers, Eddie kept me company and offered me tips. Truly beyond 10 star service from start to finish! I encourage everyone to shop at The Amish Craftsman. I know I'll be a return customer! Thank you, Sonny.can't wait to receive my sofa and dining table!

Having been to nearly every furniture store in Houston in the past few weeks, I can confirm that the quality of furniture and customer service at this store is exceptional. Sonny helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel pressured to buy anything. He took the time to understand what kind of furniture I wanted and was so thoughtful and efficient throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my new dining set and desk!

I have been a customer of The Amish Craftsman for several years now. I have purchased a dining room table and chairs, sideboard, kitchen table and chairs, rocking chair and ottoman, king size adjustable bed and most recently a bookcase from them over the years. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and take plenty of time with you to ensure you get the stain, upholstery and features you want.
They have a convenient financing program and excellent delivery service. You can be guaranteed that the product you purchase from them will be an heirloom piece for a lifetime and more. They've recently begun selling items from the floor which is how I got the bookcase that just happened to be the size I needed just a couple of days ago. The prices might be expensive to some, but you are paying for handcrafted quality and I personally believe their furniture is worth every penny.

We had a great customer experience at the Amish Craftsman. The sales team is very attentive, and we didn't feel pressured to commit to any choices we didn't want to make. They make the experience easy and comfortable. Our sales associate Sonny was very patient and helpful through the whole process of ordering a custom bookcase. We are thrilled with our purchase, and we think it's well worth the wait to have custom Arts & Crafts furniture in our home.
I would recommend well-made Craftsman furniture to anyone looking to have wow factor pieces in their home, that will last a long time. Update: We received our bookcase, and it is a work of art more than a piece of furniture. Even our dogs want to start making it their own right away. We are already planning for our next piece of furniture.

We were past customers for Amish Craftsman furniture, but were quite pleased to see that they now offer upholstered furniture by Smith Brothers of Berne. We ordered a beautiful leather sofa, with pillows, and had great choices for customization. The service was superb - Sonny R. patiently worked with us as we made our selections, offering his advice when needed. Overall it was just a great experience.

Sales personnel are very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful - they will work with what is available in store to better understand your interests/style and share what builders/custom opportunities exist to meet your needs. High quality furniture, the type that will last a lifetime - offer custom sizes, colors, finishes, etc - even offer some modern designs that integrate metal legs, have two-tone colors, live walnut edge, etc. Very pleased with our overall experience and excited about our new furniture.
