First of all in an era of companies being short staffed, Zin's customer service was impeccable! Supply shortages had me waiting for this table for 6 months. Zin responded to every email graciously and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The table is gorgeous, sturdy and cannot be beat for the price! I highly recommend it!

I've read a few reviews about terrible customer service and almost shied away from ordering from Zin. So glad I didn't let that stop me! From ordering to delivery the customer service has be amazing. My order was even misplaced by a shipping company and Erin with Zin stepped up and made it her mission to make sure it was found and delivered in perfect condition. The furniture is solid, well built and beautiful. Thank you Erin! Very happy customer! Would definitely recommend.

I want to give a 5 star to Zin Home because I am in complete love with the Duncan Reclaimed Wood coffee table that I purchased recently. The quality is outstanding. Yes, the wait was too long, but it was definitely worth the wait. The customer service via email and phone was seam and so was the delivery. I recommend Zin Home and will definitely buy more furniture from them.

Zin Home exceeded all expectations. The customer service was amazing and their pricing was very competitive with other vendors. The first sofa bed I ordered was unexpectedly out of stock, but the Zin Team guided me through finding an alternative that works great for our style and space. Zin provided proactive updates and delivered the product in less time than originally expected.
The sofa bed is high quality, has clean, transitional lines, and is very comfortable to sit on and sleep on. We use it as extra sleep space for guests and it has been perfect. I highly recommend this sofa bed. I will definitely use Zin Home again. Erin and the team were so professional, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented. A++!

Excellent customer service! Purchased 3 amazing pieces from Zin and Rose helped me every step of the way. When there was a defect in one of my chairs, she worked relentlessly to make it right. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend. In a world of answering machines and offshore customer service, Zin has a personal touch that surpasses all others.

I ordered a piece in January which was scheduled to arrive last month. It was delayed and I panicked! From my first call to my last, Adam, Emma and Erin were superb. I am a repeat customer of Zin Home. Last year, I purchased a sofa, a coffee table and a media cabinet for our living room and I recently purchased a new bedroom set. The overall ordering process, the delivery and the customer service was excellent. There was a small delay when we purchased the bedroom furniture. One of the night stands had a small issue, however Adam was very helpful and he resolved the issue right away. I will be in the market for office furniture and will definitely check out their website.

I purchased a sofa from ZinHome and it came in timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure that I was absolutely confident and happy with my selection. Also the delivery was flawless. The sofa was over sized and wouldn't fit through my door. The staff was very skilled in making adjustments to fit the the sofa through the door and installed it in no time.
