Very good customer service was able to get what I wanted at the price that was good.

The store and service was good at the time of purchase, but do not bother wasting your money on the furniture insurance. I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE INSURANCE! It's a total scam and not even sure if it's a real company or juts someone with an email address. We have jumped through every hoop to get a cut in the fabric of our sofa fixed, and the claim was approved beginning of September.

Now it is April and I am the one chasing after them again and again. It's pathetic and maddening. Neither the store nor the insurer is giving me an accurate answer. At this point I just want the money back I paid towards this non insurance.

You've got to see their highest-quality selection in-person but if you can't for any reason, there's even more you can see and order online.

Manager(GM) was very rude. Didn't stand by his product. Called me a liar.

I always used to buy my furniture here but lately this place looks so run down. Not only that but I found out the wanna be owner, Randy, fired all his professional designers?! Who would ever do that. The customer experience has suffered tremendously. I wasn't even greeted on my arrival to the store. I miss working with Lena and Justin. So sad to see what this shop has become. Probably karma for Randy.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I have been a customer for many years. Never have I experienced an issue. I recently went in March 2021, I purchased a mattress. I was told give us a few days someone will call you. I waited for 1 week and finally decided to call them. When I called them I was told my order hadn't been submitted. They said give us a week.

A week goes by and I call them again. And then was told oh the order hasn't arrived yet. They said a few more days. What bothered me the most was the lack of communication and the attitude they gave when calling to inquire about your order. If only they did their job of communicating and calling customers, I wouldn't have to call? The worst customer service and poor management.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait 2 months for your order and constantly call them to check it. The worst thing is I was told by the gentleman loading my order that my order had been there all along!

Do not buy from Woods or a Flexsteel product! We made the Most expensive purchase on a Flexsteel couch with Woods Furniture. We have been loyal customers for years our grandparents have been loyal customers. We bought a Flexsteel last year it came damaged. We were delivered another one which also came with defects. Fast forward to 2020 we still have a defective couch. Covid has hit and no one is helping.

I have a chain of emails with multiple employees, text messages etc and here we are going into October and literally half of this couch needs to be redone. I have contacted woods, Flexsteel you name it. Over $5000 spent and no one wants to step up and take responsibility for a the defective product we keep receiving. The customer service has been a joke!

I am a patient person but this is straight up ridiculous now. If I can help anyone from not doing a mistake like we did I hope you read this. I hope someone in that office reads this as well. If you do I have emailed you again tonight and still waiting for a response per our last conversation on 9/10/2020.

Can't say enough about Woods Furniture but most of all Justin was especially so helpful and kind helping me. Thank you Justin. We appreciate you much.

This review is long overdue but we had a great experience buying two mattresses from this company for our boys. I originally selected to do pick up instead of delivery but then I realized the hours were hard for my husband but decided I could pick it up if the guys could load it in my car for me ( I was 7 months pregnant at the time) when I called the store they offered to do delivery free of charge due to my situation, which was awesome and my kids love their mattresses!

I've shopped at Woods for years. We stopped in yesterday on a whim and picked out lamps. We asked to put it on our Synchrony account. I stepped away while the cashier looked up our account. My husband told me we couldn't put it in our account so we paid for the lamps. When we got to the car my husband informed me that Lena was rude and shouted out that we could not put that on the account. I'm going to let all my Facebook friends and my 800 co workers so they don't make the same mistake. It's unfortunate that you can get treated better at Walmart than at Woods.

I know this place long enough to recommend it. I and my father stopped by to see for mattress deals and he chose a very nice mattress for a very good one. I've also purchased some good quality furniture for a very good price. they have announced there is a retirement sales running.

Woods had a great selection. Lena was very supportive, providing helpful decorating tips to create a "fun" feel for our family room, functional and appealing. She pointed us to some unique pieces that we wanted to "pop out" without being obnoxious. We appreciated how Lena was supportive, but not pushy. All went very smoothly, including purchase, delivery, and setup.

The delivery was professional and both wanted to ensure we understood how to adjust recliner and sofa, and wanted to make sure all our questions were answered before they left. Although we've lived in the area for over 50 years, not sure why we never purchased from Woods. Great products, individualized attention, and friendly service. Thank you!

Our experience with Woods Furniture and Lena the interior designer was outstanding. Lena spent hours with us in their showroom and at our home. Elizabeth and I our beyond pleased with the final outcome. We will always be reminded of the wonderful and hard work Lena put into our home each day we enjoy it. Thank you Woods Furniture!

Used to come here years and years ago, used to love the helpful staff. Recently went back and was disturbed by the limited number of staff and clear lack of help. My husband and I were upset we did not get any help with our questions. The staff seemed more involved with their cell phones and gossiping than their customers. It was a hot day and some young girl did offer us water but that was it. The select appears limited and most items seem cheap. I would not waste your time going here, they do not care about their products or their valued, long term customers.

Time to redo the living room. Needed sofa, leather recliners, oversized chair and ottoman. Looked at stores from Livermore-Manteca to Turlock. Actually visited a couple of them several times. At this point I was totally confused on colors and styles. I really love comfortable furniture and this was my top priority, but the design and layout baffled me.

Into my confusion walked Lena Muniz from Woods. She brought such a highly educated color and desigh perspective and friendly manner into my decision process, I was saved! Her color advise was amazing and I went with her color and design recomendations. Lena looked at my room dimensions and actually recommended I purchase one less chair than I had planned. I'm always impressed when a salesperson cares more about my satisfaction then getting a higher dollar sale.

I met the owner while looking and was struck by his integrity. I waited to write this review until after receiving my furniture. The leather and colors are perfect! The delivery guys warm and friendly. Prices and service great. And Lena was amazing. For future furniture purchases. Woods and Lena have earned my loyalty and will be my first choice!

So much to love about this store. Will recommend to anyone interested in buying furniture or accessories for their home.

Do yourself a favor, do not shop at woods furniture. Lena is completely unprofessional. We made a big purchase from Woods a little over a year ago, the flexsteel set had issues. The set was inspected by an inspector, and deemed it needed repair. Woods has had our set for about 2 months, the sofa came back today with sub par repair. My husband told her there are reviews on the flexsteel Brandon couch all over the Internet with the same issues we are having.

We do not agree with the repairs Lena stated that we can keep the cheap loaner couch they sent and she will donate our set (without our permission).She also stated that we abuse our furniture and to take accountability. Mind you the couch was inspected. Wouldn't one think that couch abuse would have been determined during inspection and repair be denied?

So why was it repaired? That's right because it fell apart! Oh and they still have our love seat for repair. So the customer service sucks, and they threaten to donate customers property illegally! Also according to Lena there is not an owner to speak to. Again shop elsewhere! There is only 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without it.

We have been furnishing our personal home and our 4 Airbnb homes with woods furniture. I work with Lena the sales lady every time and she is so great at her job. We always have great service and the delivery guys are awesome. I won't shop any were else. Great selection and great furniture.

I love their selection and great manufactures they carry I know I am buying quality furniture. I can always find what i am looking for there. They carry anything traditional to really funky. We have furnished many homes with their furniture and if its something they don't have in stock they can order exactly what your looking for. Always enjoy the sales people they are all very nice, easy to work with and very knowledgeable of products. Their delivery services is excellent too they will do what they have to do to make you happy. We highly recommend Woods Furniture.

Love this place great goods! Great styles! The customer service was wonderful! Has expensive and cheap goods which is nice as an option.
