I'm not sure how to rate this place anymore. I love the American made dresser we got so went back for a "custom" table. Embarrassing to admit that we paid $600 for a table looks like $200 off of Wayfair. My husband brought the table back to adjust the legs cause they were uneven. Fine. He picked it up (I should have gone but that's a different story) and brought it home with it looking worse. The paint work was horrible. What would you do?

Sad to say these people lost a customer. Purchased a table in early Dec. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Call in Jan, where is my table- 3 more weeks. Call back in Feb - where my table 3 more weeks. Finally 3 months later my table was at the store. I had to call 3 more times in a 2 week span to get the table delivered. When delivery guy came, I asked about care- no instructions on care.

They sell items -very expensive- but provide no care instructions. But he was instructed to get the balance. Some sort of discount should have been offered for the horrible service. Lost a customer who has a whole house to furnish.

I bought a small pantry for my kitchen. Extremely well made, a nice piece of furniture that I am happy to show off. It's soooo much better than the processed wood/particle board pieces from other places. I will be buying more from them.

I really wanted to like this place. The sales lady was wonderful. The furniture is a great value. But and this is a huge BUT for me since I'm a hospital worker. Mask compliance is NOT a thing here. When I mentioned to the gentleman "where are your masks?" I was MOCKED and laughed at. Nobody put on a mask. This is UNACCEPTABLE. It is insulting to me and every other health professional working during this pandemic. I'm pulling all stars for the mockery and rudeness.

Excellent experience with everyone at the store. We purchased an oak bookcase and had the stain color matched to our existing desk - perfect match! We also purchased one of the live slabs and had it made into a magnificent table and have 4 chairs stained to match. It is absolutely beautiful. Cannot recommend this business any more highly!

Everything about this business is first-class, start to finish. Owner/manager Rick is patient, really smart, spends all the time you need, gives excellent advice and also listens to your ideas. Totally professional in all ways, and very comfortable to work with. The same goes for Torie and Marie in the store -- so helpful and friendly. The workmanship on the custom bookshelves Rick made for us is TOP-NOTCH, really beautiful, the finish is just as we asked, the price was reasonable, delivery was on time.

The delivery men could not have been better or more careful, and they did some adjustments on the spot that put the perfect finishing touches on. I know it sounds like maybe I'm his brother-in-law or something, but I'm not. Just a truly satisfied customer. If I had ten stars to give I'd give ten. Sent from my iPhone

Amazing selection of wood furniture. We bought the most gorgeous dining room table. Can't wait until the next time I go shopping. The owner assisted us and was very knowledgeable and kind. They delivered my table for a very reasonable price too. I'll be going back for sure.

My husband and I went there today to look for a Chair for a friend. The girl that assisted us was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We loved some of the rockers, very comfortable and unique. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for that special piece. The Amish make lasting furniture.

We had custom book shelves made and they look absolutely amazing and their made from 100 percent real wood! Cant wait for more;

Outstanding store and well managed small business. You could not ask for more genuine, honest and good hearted people to do business with. Many things are made in house. Nearly everything can be custom finished to whatever colour you want or you can save a couple bucks and do it yourself which I don't recommend unless your an expert. Finishing is just about what it would cost to do it yourself.

I really love this place and have since finding it purchased a bedroom set, custom dining table, custom end table, shelves, and cabinetry. I cannot stress enough how great these folks are.

I thought I ordered a specific bookcase one that my daughter reached on top of at the store but when I got home the bookcase was taller and she could no longer reach on top. I found that to be very weird especially after I called the store to question the purchase. Check your purchases before leaving the store. In addition because of this purchase and the explanation I received concerning this purchase I will no longer shop here.

When the eastbank solid wood furniture store closed, I switched my allegiance to this shop. I haven't been in for a while. since they're old location in fact so I guess that's where my old review went. Pieces in my house from this shop: bookshelves, desk, kitchen table, liquor cabinet. and soon to be. I went in this weekend to look at a free standing pantry cabinet for my kitchen.

We looked around at what was available and I made a decision. Yes I could finish it myself but it's really a cost savings to have them white wash the piece for me. Who knows when I would get to it. Pricing is competitive for solid wood furniture. Yes you might be surprised at the price tag but that's what wood goes for these days. The staff is great and really helpful. My new cabinet should be ready in 2 weeks. They do deliver for a fee but I'll just use my Dad's truck instead.

I contacted this business to ask about a custom made headboard, and sent pictures of what I wanted. After responding that I should come by to see what was available because what I want is "cost prohibitive", I asked if it might be possible to reconfigure my current king-sized headboard into the queen-sized I was looking for. I explained that the type of headboard is why I bought the furniture in the first place.

I didn't receive a response to that question. My feeling is that because I wasn't interested in purchasing a new item, my question wasn't work answering. I'd considered going there to find a small desk as well, but now, I'll shop elsewhere.
