Customer services does not match the staff's persona's. We have been waiting for part of our order for over 5 weeks. Many phone calls, voicemails and emails to no avail. We should have help payment until the installation was complete and to our guild lines.

This place is the best, and Eddie Sutton is the man. Good selection of used stuff on the floor, huge selection of new stuff in the catalog. Eddie helped us design our new office, made awesome suggestions, gave us a great deal, and accommodated every little request. He was available whenever I showed up and whenever I called. The delivery/installation was super painless too. I'm looking forward to the next experience! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We purchased executive furnishings for our new office it was truly an great experience that went very smoothly. The team was very accommodating and did what they promised. Not only was the furniture delivered on time but the installers went over all the furniture with us to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend them!

My first impression when I stepped into West Coast Office Solutions was that they had a huge showroom - highly usual, as most of the showrooms I've been too are cramped and unorganized. The showroom at West Coast was clean, well lit, and organized. I got to see the furniture and office ware on the spot and try it out before buying. The salesman was excellent and very knowledgable.

He answered all the questions I had about credenza, which I was buying for my employee. Service was very professional and I was able to close out on a deal and send in an order. I highly recommend!

Great prices & selection. I needed a special size and Stephanie was able to have an item custom made for me to fit my size requirements at just a little bit higher cost of an imported item that wouldn't fit in my limited space. Their delivery driver was great and fixed my 1 issue right on site in just a few minutes.

I've been here a few times to help family members find affordable used furniture for their home office. The salesmen are very helpful and friendly--I even managed to haggle out some free shipping for the larger desk pieces. 5 stars all the way!

They place many ads on Craigslist, advertising low priced desks, filing cabinets and office chairs. They even allegedly offer a discount and free delivery if your purchase is over a certain amount. So I take some time off work to see the furniture in-person. I specifically inquire about the advertised desk, but no one there knew about such a deal.

How can this be? Even worse, the quoted price is MUCH higher than anyone in their right mind would pay for a desk. There is also no room for negotiation, which is absolutely ridiculous, given that their prices are three times as much as other retailers.
