I can't say enough good things about this business, their gorgeous furniture and their staff. We worked with Ike and ordered the most beautiful custom couch and ottoman. He helped us through the process, was very knowledgable and communicated very well. The wait for this custom made for you furniture was so worth it. The quality and craftsmanship is just not something you get anywhere else.

I was thrilled to be able to choose fabrics and loved that it's all made in America. Their heirloom wood furniture makes me wish I needed a new bedroom set. Highly recommend.

Other than taking 7 months to receive the desk (which we were told at the beginning) our experience was great. Phil kept us informed on the progress throughout the wait and also changed delivery methods when we were back from vacation. Andy (the delivery person) did a great job. He delivered our desk through a couple difficult corners. He was careful and detailed. I would highly recommend Welcome Amish Furniture. I have already ordered a bookcase to match my L-shaped desk.

We ordered chairs for our kitchen table here, after looking at several stores. We wanted something sturdy and well made because our existing chairs kept breaking. When we stopped in to Welcome Amish Furniture, we were greeted by staff that were eager help us find what we needed. Our salesperson, Phil, was so knowledgeable about the products offered, designs, wood, etc.

He listened to us and helped guide us to the perfect chairs. The only down side was it took about 7 months to get our chairs, but they are absolutely gorgeous and worth the wait!

Buying furniture during COVID was going to be difficult. Most stores had low inventory, long lead times and light staff. It was a great time to buy a beautiful Amish made sideboard from Welcome Furniture. The lead time was similar and well worth the wait. The staff was very helpful and not pushy. Delivery was easy and fast. There was one drawer pull that was backordered and there was a note from the craftsman that it would ship soon. It was there the next day. I'm very happy with my purchase!

We had an awesome experience at Welcome Furniture! We purchased a dining room table and six chairs, all in hickory. Spencer was great to work with, explaining all of the customizing that was available. While it took 8 months to receive our table and chairs, we couldn't be happier. It is an absolutely gorgeous table and the chairs, while all wood, are very comfortable.

My husband is especially happy with the chairs, as he is a big guy and he finally feels comfortable sitting in a chair that fits him. I was surprised that the finish seemed darker than what we picked out, but that could be do to the 8 month wait. Spencer did warn us of the long wait and communicated periodically during the time, letting us know how things were progressing. I highly recommend Welcome Furniture.

We found the perfect dining table and chairs at Welcome furniture. Spencer responded to my email enquiry with photos of several tables that might fit our needs. We selected one of the dining sets after visiting the store. Spencer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we made out choice. We love our new table and chairs. The quality is undeniable and it looks fantastic. Welcome has an extensive inventory of furniture. I highly recommend that you visit this store if you are looking for high quality pieces of furniture.

We originally ordered our furniture November 7th, 2021. We received partial order today March 17th, 2022 with the expectation of the rest of it sometime in April. The furniture that we did receive was beautifully done. We went there for a rocker/glider and after seeing them we also got a crib/bed conversion and a changing table/dresser. All done in the same wood styles and when the glider comes I'm sure it will look just as good as the rest.

Unfortunately for us we had to rely on our salesperson Ryan to get our $6200+ order right, and he didn't. We ended up not getting the changing table attachment and if we spend another 300+ then they will order us one that we will receive in another undetermined amount of time. Ironically we didn't even take pictures of the dresser, just the changing table on top. Edit: After further inspection of the crib I also noticed that the stain applied was spotted and uneven. Pics included. Changed from 2* to 1 * after noticing the stain issue.

My husband and I recently received our 2 new chairs with ottomans that we ordered from Welcome Furniture. They are so comfortable and we are very happy with them. We have been purchasing our furniture from Welcome Furniture for many, many years.since way before they moved to their current location. We have never been disappointed! Because we have down-sized from our house to a condominium, our son and daughter-in-law have many of our pieces that no longer fit in our current home.

Welcome Furniture's quality built furniture lasts forever and because it is so beautiful, it remains loved by those that are of a different generation. It is quite fun to purchase a new piece of furniture for yourself from Welcome Furniture, but now my husband and I realize that everything we have purchased from them has also been a gift for our adult children.

They will end up with everything of ours that they want, and they definitely want our Welcome Furniture. The one other great thing about Welcome Furniture is that their customer service is the same quality as their furniture, which is 5 stars and amazing!

Our experience shopping, ordering and receiving our dining room chairs from Welcome Amish Furniture was tremendous. Both Erica and Kaila were wonderful to work with. When ordering custom Amish made furniture it will take a while for you to get your furniture, but it is well worth the wait. Our dining room chairs are beautiful and we are very pleased with our purchase.

We have purchased other furniture from this store but this trip was for nightstands. We found two matching ones in their clearance section that matched our bed perfectly. They held them while we drove home to check the match, we paid via phone and they held them in their warehouse until our remodel was complete. Erica was great to work with and we will for sure be back when looking for other items!

We purchased 6 dining room chairs from Amish Furniture in late August. We were told to not expect delivery until mid to late November. We were thrilled when our delivery came in early October. We also appreciated our sales person, Erica. She was very helpful on the day of purchase as well as her follow up emails. Nice job!

I love my new dining table. The design, quality of the wood and workmanship is absolutely beautiful. I chose it off the show room floor so was able to have it delivered after a few weeks. It was delivered and set up on the day i scheduled it. Very friendly and helpful salesman and delivery guys.

The sales personnel were very professional, polite and kind. I worked mainly with Spencer. He shared that he has been with Welcome Furniture for several years. After much researching and visiting many stores, I ultimately returned to Welcome. Yes, nice quality furniture is expensive. I was looking for a dining table that would fit my dining space and if I was going to spend the money, I needed to love it.

I ended up picking out a table and chair style and selected the colors of the stains. I need to be patient while it is being built but it will be well worth it. Kudos to Spencer for his patience as I looked at every single table and chair in the store. He also pointed out some style elements that I didn't even think of. I'm so excited to see this beautiful table in my kitchen!

I met salesman, Ryan Carlson, while with a friend who was shopping for an entertainment stand. He was amicable and immediately took the time to get to know us. My friend did not find what he was looking for, but I told Ryan I would be back for a drop-leaf dinette set that I liked. Then came a car accident and the pandemic. Ryan still checked in, which I thought was pretty cool.

Later I decided I needed a new home office chair more than a new table and chairs. Ryan helped me to find a chair that fit my physique, work style, and office decor. The result was perfect. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone serious about buying quality, heirloom furniture. He will not steer you wrong! Thanks again, man!

The furniture is absolutely fantastic. The only negative is it took 6 months for delivery but understandable with the pandemic. Spencer kept us where things stood through the process. He deserves a 5 star rating. the delivery person ( a gentleman with a gray beard - didn't get his name) dealt with the issue that the bed headboard would not fit through the hallway door into the bedroom.

He was a problem solver. Gave us the choice to have the headboard dismantled. He did so without issue and the problem was resolved. He deserves a 5 star plus rating as well. This is the second major purchase from Welcome Furniture. I would highly recommend them for a purchase of a heirloom purchase of furniture.

We purchased two coffee tables and the sales date was around 5/12/2020. There were/are issues with the quality! This looks to be apprentice to mid-level vs "heirloom / extraordinary craftsmanship" as they claim. I only saw one bad google review about the quality out of 49 reviews so I figured it must have been an outlier. Nope! We paid $2,040.82 for the two and would have been better off buying stock coffee tables from another store.

If they want to give me a 50% refund it might make the price in line with the quality. Issues 1. Crooked table top when opened/lifted 2. There are broken off screws 3. There are screws not completely screwed in 4. There are 7 pocket holes vs 3 used on the other side of the lower shelf They took the tables back to fix and they didn't put a rush on it at all.

We already waited weeks for the poor craftsmanship and had to wait weeks again for them to correct their mistakes. I needed to reach out to get a status update. They told me everything was fixed except the crooked lift top. They said it was a faulty lift top mechanism. They said they moved the top to the other table and it was still crooked. I guess I am more of a master Amish craftsman's then they are because I was able to straighten the lifted table top by repositioning the lift top mechanism straight vs crooked as you can see in the photo where it is attached to the inside. There were still screws not completely screwed in on the bottom side of the top piece.
