It was a pleasure shopping in the store! Found everything we needed for our new home after moving cross country! The delivery staff was wonderful! Very careful with all piceces of furniture. Got everything in the house, placed, and assembled in just a couple of hours! Would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality furniture and good customer service!

I just moved and needed furniture that I don't have to wait months for, and a friend told me to go to Watson's. I knew that they sold appliances, but I didn't know that they sold furniture. I was blown away by the selection of unique pieces and the reasonable prices. The salesperson was extremely helpful, and they even allowed me to return a table that didn't work in my space.

The delivery guys were top notch and extraordinarily friendly. Watson's will be my go-to from here on out when I need a piece of furniture. This is the kind of business that I want to patronize.

Very sad that some "installers" from this place left a job looking like this. The installer was apparently a flooring installer or 22 years. If you want to look out for your financial security I would not recommend doing business with these people. They left the surface like this throughout an entire house. Very sad that people like this are out there profiting off of good people's hard earned money.

Jerrit and Brandon did a great job getting the fridge in the house and connected. I appreciate all the information they gave us about the warranty. These are two hard-working very personable young men. Jeff was also very good when we were looking for a refrigerator, he has lots of information to share without any pressure to buy.

Jerrit and Brandon have been great delivery guys. They were on time and very conscious of furniture in their path. So nice to conversate with too. I highly recommend them to anyone. A++

I purchased a washing machine for $150 less than a box store at Watsons appliance store. In stock, delivered Today, paid over the phone. Entire transaction took 4 minutes. I won today! Even the delivery guys were the most friendliest. I'd definitely purchase my next appliance from them.

I purchased dining room furniture from Watson Furniture and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The process was very easy and they were incredibly professional. We got such a good deal from here on a new washer and dryer set but even better than the savings, was the service. We had such a good experience all around. Everybody was so knowledgeable and helpful! The delivery was so fast and smooth. Super professional and also super friendly. They told me some things to have looked at later by a plumber and they were just genuinely so kind and helpful. VERY pleased and happy with the product but even more pleased with the service.

Well got a great deal on a refrigerator and wine cooler from Watson's scratch and dent side. The guys were super nice and easy to work with. Had them delivered today and the delivery guys were very professional and walked me through set up. Over all a great experience.

During the last year we purchased a Jenn-air oven/microwave combo, Kitchenaid dishwasher and kitchenaid refrigerator, all of which were discounted for minor dents. Combined price was only 39% of list. The Watson family are good and honest people. Happy to do business with them.

! BuyersBeware! A pricey 4 door Whirlpool refrigerator purchased at Watson's and still within the first year warranty failed to cool to safe temperatures. As sole caretaker for an elderly parent with multiple heath issues, we must have a refrigerator that works for medical necessities and needed it repaired promptly. When service was initially refused, I hand delivered a letter, asking both the manager and the Watson owners for help in getting it repaired or replaced.

They refused this request for help, not with the courtesy or courage to make the call themselves, but through a salesperson, saying that the remedy was ".out of their hands, there was nothing they could do." After filing a claim with the NC Consumer Protection Division, Watson's stated in a letter to the CPD that they had offered help.really?

Why would I file a complaint if they had offered to help and the repair had taken place? The letter was filled with totally underhanded and bold faced lies. Surely a store with both products and service to avoid!
