My family has spent an insane amount of money in this store since we moved to the beach in the mid-90's. They will never get another dime. My wife and I walked in to inquire about dining room tables a couple of months ago. The woman who helped us (I cannot remember her name, but I believe she is one of the owners as she is usually the person that has helped us with other purchases over the years) treated us like we were trash.
We specified the brand and style we were looking for, and were told (with a fair bit of disgust in the tone), "We can't get that for months. You should look at something else." We had already looked around the showroom and nothing stood out that fit the style we were looking for. We told her this, but she still spent a few minutes trying to push tables on us that looked nothing like what we were looking for.
I then asked, "Are there any other brands that you guys work with that would have something in that style, but you don't have out on the floor currently?" I got no response other than an eye roll and she huffed off to the computer at the counter. She motioned for us to follow. She proceeded to look up the original brand and style we had asked about and said, "Look!
See here!? We can't get that in for months! Do you want to wait months?!" I responded, "I understand that, but what I am asking is, are there any other brands that you know of with something similar that you might get in sooner?" Then she said, "Yeah! I can hear!" Then she proceeded to re-explain that the original brand I had asked about earlier was out of stock and wouldn't be available for months and didn't actually answer the question I had just asked.
At this point, I was done being talked down to. I just smiled, said "Thanks! We will get back to you if we want to get on that wait list." My wife and I walked out and placed an order with Wayfair for the GORGEOUS dining room table that is now in our house and the sales person we spoke to was kind, accommodating, and happy to help us figure out this big decision for our new house. EDIT AFTER THE RESPONSE: And now we get a patronizing response that doesn't cover the issue as to why their sales person treated us so terribly.
Her attitude had nothing to do with the current stock and everything to do with her apparent inability to treat another human being with common decency and respect. I've never been so utterly shocked at a person's behavior in my life.

They went above and beyond for us and I could not be happier! I was moving my Mom from a furnished to unfurnished apmt, and a lot of her funiture was ruined in storage. We came and picked out several items on a Saturday that she needed right away, and they were so kind to have the funiture delivered same day as I was only in town for the weekend and needed to be there to assist. Amazing family owned business, so helpful and I woudl highly recommend! Thank you!

My husband and I recently purchased from your store and we were both so impressed with the Interior Designer that assisted with our final selection! Rosemary was absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable designer we encountered while looking to furnish our new home. Rosemary listened to what we wanted, allowed us to look at the showroom items leisurely and then helped us to select our furniture.
She creatively painted "a picture" in our minds as to how various items could compliment some of our current furniture and guided us to ultimately select something we probably wouldn't have even considered but ended up being perfect thanks to her vision! She is an asset to your company! DM

We just purchased a seasonal home in N. Myrtle Beach and needed furniture immediately. We visited the store and met with Donna. We purchased two bedroom suites and they were delivered the next day.
