Josh and his team at Wasser's are amazing. It was a full white glove experience from start to finish. The selection, quality and delivery of his products is definitely 5 stairs. Steve the delivery/warehouse manager and his team did an awesome job installing and cleaning when complete. I wish everyone in SoFlo had this same pride in work.

Had to wait awhile for our American Leather Motion Recliners due to Covid but have them now and they are beautiful! Josh from Wassers kept us up to date during the manufacturing and delivery process and was always available to answer all of our questions that we had along the way. We will purchase from Wassers again and highly recommend them for beautiful high end furniture and flawless execution from purchase to delivery and set up. Just ask for Josh and he will do everything to provide you with the best customer service experience.

Absolutely fantastic furniture company. Paid for rush order and our purchase came even sooner than expected. Deliverymen were professional, kind, courteous, careful, wore gloves, double wrapped furniture, used many blankets; had to disassemble and reassemble to get into the residence. Josh Wasser was easy to deal with and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this place of business.

We have worked with numerous decorators/designers/ luxury furniture stores. No one has guided us and been as patient as the team at Wassers. We have made so many mistakes along the way and we are so glad we found Claudia, Jamie and Josh. We removed 2 walls in our home that closed off the old "dining room" space. We used this as our den/TV Room but it made for a very large awkward space. Claudia was able to do a 3-d rendering and lay out the room perfectly. Wasser's Showroom is also great.

A large selection of beautifully curated pieces. The Gamma selection of Italian furniture was more than we had budgeted for, but it was the right decision. I know we will not want anything we chose to be replaced in 5-10 years- like we keep doing with less expensive brands. The colors that Claudia helped us pick, the leathers, the size of the sofa that complemented the swivel chairs and the gorgeous media cabinet by Lago, is truly amazing!

I never thought we could do it right- but thanks to the team at Wassers- we have an awesome calm classic space. Our friends who have visited are all saying WOW! We need some finishing touches still but look forward to collaborating with Claudia and Wassers.

Great experience. We shopped for 6 months and live in Texas. Best price! Josh was super knowledgeable about the American Leather product and I had spoken to reps in Texas. Communication and response rate was above and beyond. We were looking for a modern/comfortable sectional. They combined foam with down and it is perfect. We are super happy with the results.
