My dad and I visited Walker Furniture to obtain help with an item that we recently purchased and brought home. Mary Kate (owner) was extremely helpful in working with us. Our salesmen Dane was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very friendly and never pushy. My dad and I would highly recommend Walker Furniture as a place to buy your furniture.

I needed a recliner and went to Walker Furniture thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to one of the oversized recliners and sat in it and considered purchasing it. But for me it didn't feel right because of my height & weight etc. Dane came up to me to see how he could help and he asked some questions on what I was looking for and with in less than 10 minutes he had me sitting in the most comfortable LAZBOY recliner that fit me perfect.

What really impressed me was Dane's knowledge of all the recliner's they had. And when I told him I wanted sometime by myself to sit in about 4-5 of them he was not over bearing or pushy and just stayed in the area of the store where if I need more help he could be available. I bought my favorite one that day and absolutely love. I will be back to by another one when I have the room. I highly recommend asking for Dane when you need expert advice on furniture that will suit your needs.

We received our Palliser sofas yesterday September 10, 2021 and they are quite uncomfortable. The ones on the showroom floor are extremely comfortable but the ones that arrived at our house are nowhere near the comfort level as they are at the store. Mary Walker personally called me today and wants to make us happy and said she would have a resolution by the end of next week.

We will probably have to order a different set and wait for it but SHE WANTS US HAPPY. Her personal attention is AWESOME and the staff is great and they have a beautiful showroom. Customer service like this will make us lifelong customers. Thank you for reading.

Stopped by to purchase a living room set near closing and without any hesitation the employees (not employee) said "we close at 6:00", not can we help you look at something we close soon or not even mention the closing time. I'm not sure if the employees are on commission but they lost a large purchase to Ashley Furniture.

They have very nice furniture but it's almost all special order & delivery is 3 to 8 months out. If that works for you terrific, I however needed a sofa now. They did have 4 available now.

In November 2019, my wife and I selected a high end Palliser living room from Walker Furniture. What we received was a substandard final product from the company. Almost a year later, and one attempt at a repair, Mary Kate Walker (owner) stepped in and allowed my wife and me to order a brand new set of furniture. She knew that our product was not the comfort and quality it should have been.

We are grateful to her and Walker Furniture for working with us to a positive outcome! Our new furniture was delivered in November 2020. We couldn't be more proud of its beauty and comfort. Thank you Mary Kate and Walker Furniture. We are very appreciative of you. You will have our business from now on!

The furniture business has been hit hard by covid and we've tried to order furniture multiple places and after looking and looking we were met with the same 3-6 month wait(we even ordered elsewhere and after 5 months they finally admitted they couldn't get it and we could pick something else or take a refund so we took the latter). We walked into walker furniture and were met by Maggie who instead of letting us waste our time on furniture we couldn't get in a decent amount of time, took the lead and showed us what we could get and buy off the floor.

We had our beautiful new couch the very next day and we're again met by prompt, professional delivery personnel. Our couch and living room look great! Thank you Maggie and Walker furniture!

Customer service was outstanding and every accommodation was made for us during the pandemic. Mary Kate is outstanding! We will be back. BUY LOCALLY! Walker Furniture is the best.

Prior to Covid, I purchased a leather couch from walker's. There was a small manufacturing defect when it arrived. They were quick to respond and went over the top to insure my wife and I got complete satisfaction. I can see why they have been in business for so many years. Top notch!

Bought an amazing electric recliner that I love. It was expensive, but it's my favorite piece of furniture ever. Smooth automatic reclining and super soft, durable leather. The automatic recliner is shorting out after 3 years though. I will see how this issue is able to be resolved and then let you all know. Update: It turns out I had the cord wedged up under the reclining lever. They came out and fixed it quickly for free. Great product. Great service.
